After one of the kittens sadly passed away, Barb took in the remaining siblings who were severely malnourished and in need of care.
According to Barb, the surviving kittens, Wally and his sister, were in terrible condition. Wally was so weak that both Barb and the veterinarian had doubts about his chances of survival. Despite their poor health, the siblings found comfort in each other, with Wally snuggling up to his sister Eve for support.

After just three days, Wally showed signs of improvement as he gained weight and grew stronger, resembling a more typical playful kitten.
